On May 24, 2022, at approximately 10:45 am., while assisting the Hartville Police Department in apprehending a subject wanted on a capias warrant out of Greene County, Detective Kristi Akers arrested the subject, Jamie Hicks age 28 of Hartville. Detective Akers found a set of digital scales, empty baggies and methamphetamine in Hicks' possession.
Hicks is being held in the Wright County Jail pending formal charges for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.
All subjects should be considered innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
