Tuesday, April 1: Gainesville High School standout Jake Leeker’s college team wins to Newman Jets

On Tuesday, April 1, former Gainesville High School standout Jake Leeker’s current college team, the Missouri State Lions, won 16-12 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Newman Jets.

The game took place at McCarthy Field. This was their third matchup against the Jets this season.

The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 4 p.m. at Griffon Baseball Field against Missouri Western Griffons.
