Tuesday, March 4: East Carter County R-Ii High School standout Eli Marvin’s college team loses to Mississippi Choctaws

On Tuesday, March 4, former East Carter County R-Ii High School standout Eli Marvin’s current college team, the Arkansas–Monticello Boll Weevils, lost 3-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Mississippi Choctaws.

The game took place at Frierson Field. This was their second matchup against the Choctaws this season.

The Boll Weevils’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 3 p.m. at Weevils Field at Union Bank Park against Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys.
