On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Ava High School standout Thomas Emerich’s college team lost in an NCAA Division I baseball game

On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Ava High School standout Thomas Emerich’s current college team, the Indiana State Sycamores, lost 5-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Northeastern Huskies.

The game took place at Centennial Park. This was their second matchup against the Huskies this season.

The Sycamores’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 12 p.m. at Centennial Park against Northeastern Huskies.
