Rep. Jason Smith, currently serving Missouri’s 8th district in the U.S. Congress, has recently shared a series of tweets addressing various issues. He further praised former President Trump's actions by stating "President Trump is cracking down on this harassment and demanding action from university administrators."

Later that day, Smith addressed economic issues under the Biden administration. On March 14, he tweeted about tax relief needs after what he described as "4 years of struggling under the Biden economy." In his post at 20:15 UTC, he mentioned that "The Ways and Means Committee is drafting a tax package that will extend President Trump’s successful tax cuts and build on them to bring relief to working class Americans, small businesses, families…"

On March 15 at 02:45 UTC, Rep. Smith turned his attention to severe weather conditions impacting certain areas. He noted that "The damage from tonight’s severe weather is devastating," urging people to seek immediate shelter due to multiple tornado reports.
