6.8% of Ozark County residents considered unemployed in 2021

Ozark County recorded an unemployment rate of 6.8% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 212 people out of the 8,664 living in Ozark County at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The unemployment rate in Ozark County has increased compared to the 4.3% registered in 2020.

The percentage of people unemployed in Ozark County was greater than the statewide unemployment rate of 4.5%.

Everyone who had a job at the time belonged to the civilian labor force.
