Cost of college went up for all students at Texas County Technical College

Tuition and fees rose 8.3 percent for 2018-19 at Texas County Technical College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Missouri students paid $17,277 to attend the two-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $1,408 more than the $15,869 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 8 students received grants or scholarships totaling $79,086 and 7 students took out student loans totaling more than $54,551.

Including all undergraduates (63), 52 students used grants or scholarships totaling $405,723, and 39 students took out $253,294 in federal student loans.
